Why you should unsubscribe from the Daily Frugal...

It's pretty easy guys

Happy Thursday folks!

Being frugal is not about restricting your life. It’s about living your best life because you’re prioritizing what’s most important.

It’s not just about saving, it’s about spending your money on the things that make you most fulfilled and happy.

BUT…

Frugal living isn’t the only thing that will lead you to financial freedom. You also need to find ways to increase your income; and that’s another topic I want to make sure we understand.

If you don’t care about any of these things: Frugal living and increasing income. You can unsubscribe from this newsletter now 👇

PRACTICAL ADVICE
STEP ZERO: How to increase your income

  • If you want to find a job you’re more passionate about, and that earns you more income…you need to make time to gain the skills, certifications, or experience in order to make that happen.

This is how you MAKE that time.

Step zero is to use your current job to save as much money as possible. Build up your savings so you can survive 6 months without any income. This is going to be a fat emergency fund.

This is easier said than done. You might have to cut out restaurants, vacations, and sell some things from your garage. But you can do it!

  • Once you reach that point, you now have some cushion to go out and get the required experience/education needed to go after that desired career.

  • For me, I was able to build up enough savings so I could cut back my work hours to part time. From there, I was able to dedicate more time to my social media brand. Over the course of 3 months (it might take you 6), I was able to turn my side hustle into my full-time career,

  • Right now I’m about to do the same thing again. I’ve saved up enough money from social media, where I could now take a small step back and gain more education. This month I’m going back to “student mode” and getting my financial advisor license (Series 65 license).
