What’s up guys! Hope your week has been good so far. Today I wanted to talk about the other side of the financial equation: How much money you’re bringing in!

DEFINITION
Where the high paying jobs at?!

• Did you know, 70 to 85 percent of jobs are filled through networking or word-of-mouth referrals, with the majority of jobs in the U.S. never posted on job boards. That means Indeed, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn are not your best bet!

PRACTICAL ADVICE
How do I learn about these high paying jobs?

• If you want a job that gives you more learning and earning opportunities, than your peers. You can’t go to where all your peers are looking!

• You have to find the back entrance, the side streets, and the lowkey ways to be in proximity of the better jobs.

• How do you get in proximity? Meet powerful people in your industry in the non-professional settings! For example, play some tennis, play some golf, go volunteer, or go to church. The “professional walls” are down, and you can just be yourself. Be a genuine friend and those relationships can lead you to some cool opportunities.
